I feel like roses sometimes get the shaft. Have you ever heard anyone ever say, "Roses are so typical. I like unique flowers."
Ugh.
If someone gives me flowers, I don't care what kind they are, I love it. There's nothing like a vase full of fresh flowers to brighten up my day and my house.
One year for my birthday, my co-workers bought me this vase of absolutely stunning pink roses. Seriously, look at them, aren't they just amazing?
So, yes, I'm one of "those girls" that loves and adores roses. Call me bland or not unique, but I think they are the prettiest flowers around.
Roses are gorgeous! They grow in so many different colors AND they smell amazing :)

Good for you, owning your rose-girl-ness. :) I'm not so much a flower guy at all, but I can respect liking whatever you like, even if people say it's predictable or tired.
