INSTAGRAM wednesday: the RULER of the HOUSE

This little contraption has been the source of many emotions for me lately:  joy, stress, happiness, complete and utter despair.  You name it, I've felt it.

It's amazing how something so small can have such influence!

  1. I remember those days! Apparently I'm thinking about gearing up for potty training days again because I had a dream last night that I got up and used the bathroom - on the little kid potty :)

  2. Oh my, I really hated that thing when my kiddos were little. I ended up ditching it and going with a toilet insert instead. Good luck mama!

  4. I hate that the designers make little grooves & slots everywhere, e.g., on the underside of the lid. Sure, it makes the plastic more durable but it sure is a pain (and slightly more than nauseating to clean).

  5. Is it weird that this picture made me BABY HUNGRY?! Yes, yes it is! But I'm on a baby hunger kick right now so anything child related makes me want one :)

  7. Ugh I dread potty training. Can't they just stay in diapers until college?

  8. My advice after two down (two to go) don't stress, rush, push. It will happen and the more you push, stress, rush, the more time it will take to happen. Oh and buy lots of Clorox wipes, you'll be amazed where it can end up!
